MESA Home Services is run by husband-and-wife team Emma and Marcus.
Between us, we wanted to create the kind of business we would choose to use ourselves: knowledgeable, approachable, organised and straightforward.
MESA isn't about becoming a faceless national company. We want to build a strong local business where customers know who they're speaking to, know who is coming to their property and feel comfortable picking up the phone when they need us.
For us, good service is just as important as good workmanship.
Meet Marcus
Marcus has spent many years working as a plumbing and heating engineer, with experience across domestic and commercial heating, gas, LPG, oil and specialist AGA servicing and repairs. He enjoys the problem-solving side of the job — finding the cause of a fault, explaining what has gone wrong and getting things working properly again.
Meet Emma
Emma looks after the customer and operational side of MESA, from enquiries and bookings through to quotations, invoicing and keeping everything organised behind the scenes. Having worked within the plumbing and heating industry herself for several years, she understands both the technical side of the business and how important good communication is to customers.
